Project and proposal work
How do I make a business proposal easier for a client to understand?
Lead with the client's problem, the outcome they need, and what will change after the work is done. Use plain language, short sections, clear scope, and a simple timeline. Remove technical detail that does not help the client decide.
What to check
- Can the client see the problem and outcome quickly?
- Is the scope clear without technical jargon?
- Are responsibilities, timing, and next steps easy to find?
