Leads and CRM
Do I need a custom CRM or can I fix the one I already have?
Fix the current CRM first if the main problem is poor setup, missing fields, weak automation, or inconsistent use. Consider custom work when the business process is genuinely different from what the product can support without heavy workarounds. Compare the cost of fixing the current system with the cost and maintenance of replacing it.
What to check
- Is the problem configuration or a real product limitation?
- Which workarounds are costing time every week?
- Can the current CRM support the required integrations and workflow?
